One of six large train stations located in central Paris, the Gare de Lyon acts as the principal terminus for lines serving south eastern France, Italy and Switzerland, with destinations including Turin, Milan, Geneva, Lyon, Dijon and Marseille. Gare de Lyon contains over 20 platforms in the main part of the station.
