MY NAME IS MRS TRACY BYRNE, MY HUSBAND AND FAMILY AND I BOOKED A TAXI (SHUTTLE) SERVICE ON THE 4TH OCT 2009 REF: PCL8155, WE ARRIVED IN PARIS AND A MAN CALLED STEVE (STEPHEN) WAS THERE TO COLLECT US AND THE TRIP WAS BRILL........ STEVE WAS VERY HELPFULL AND SO NICE IT MADE THE START OF OUR HOLIDAY GREAT AND JUST KNOWING THAT THE TRIP BACK TO THE AIRPORT WHEN THE HOLIDAY WAS OVER WOULD BE THE SAME...... VERY IMPORTANT WHEN YOU HAVE 3 KIDS WITH YOU.
ANYWAY .... A MAN CALLED SIMON COLLECTED US ON OUR RETURN TRIP TO CDG AIRPORT, A LOVELY MAN TOO. BUT WHEN WE ARRIVED WE FOUND THAT OUR FLIGHT HAD BEEN CANCELLED AND INFO ON THE AERLINGUS DESK WAS CLOSED FOR THE NITE WE WERE STRANDED WITH 3 KIDS UNDER THE AGE OF 5YRS. WE RANG SIMON AND HE CAME RIGHT BACK, I WAS SO UPSET AND WORRIED AND IN OUR EYES WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR US............WE WILL NEVER FORGET HOW THEY LOOKED OUT FOR US IT MEANS SO MUCH.
WE HAVE RECOMMENDED YOUR COMPANY TO SO MANY PEOPLE AND MY HUSBAND WORKS FOR INTEL AND HAS POSTED THE INFO THERE TOO.
THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING AND YOU HAVE VERY VERY SPECAIL AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF AND IT MAKES YOUR THE BEST COMPANY THAT WE HAVE EVER USED AND EVER WILL (WE GO TO FRANCE EVERY YEAR) CAN YOU PLEASE PASS ON OUR SPECAIL TKS TO SIMON AND STEVE.
